Culinary Arts

Tulare Adult offers a culinary arts program to prepare students for a career in food services. Our course is made up of five certificate classes including:

  • Basic Cooking Principles
  • Sanitation, Safety, and Knife Skills
  • Food Prep and Presentation
  • Baking and Pastry
  • Garde Manger (Pantry Chef)

Fees

Due to the hands-on nature of our program, we consume a lot of materials and supplies; thus a four-tier payment plan is available to help students cover the $1,450 fee.
